Franco Giovanniello
Franco was born and raised in Cornwall. Following his call to the Bar in 1988, he worked in Ottawa. He returned to his hometown of Cornwall to set up his legal practice in 1994. Franco practices real estate, corporate commercial as well as wills and estates.
Franco received his Bachelors of Law from the University of Ottawa. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Franco earned a Bachelor of Education and taught high school for a brief time.
Franco is a deputy judge with the Small Claims Court. He is also a past chairperson with the Social Security Tribunal of Canada (CPP).
He has served on various community boards, including the Board of St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre.
Franco is married and is the father of two daughters. He is fluent in English, French and Italian.

Ann M. Bellefeuille
Ann, who is a graduate of the University of Ottawa law school, was called to the Bar in 1993.
Ann practices family law. In addition to her private practice, she also works with the Ministry of the Attorney General's Office of the Children's Lawyer.
Ann was born and raised in Cornwall. She is married and is the mother of one daughter. She is fluent in English and French.
